Introduction

Krat tube, also known as polyethylene winding structure wall B-type tube, is a type of flexible pipe with a smooth inner wall and spiral reinforced ribs on the outer wall. It is made of a ribbed tube with an O-shaped interface between the bottom film and ribs through a spiral winding process.

Using high-density polyethylene as the raw material, it is formed in one go through the winding process in the hot melt state, and cooled by rolling air cooling before demolding in the hot state. The pipeline gradually dissipates heat, with uniform wall thickness and no internal stress.

Features

l Good flexibility: able to adapt to construction under poor foundation conditions and resist uneven settlement;

l Environmental flexibility: Pipelines belong to flexible pipes, which can undergo significant deformation before being compressed and damaged. External pressure loads will be transmitted and distributed to the surrounding backfill soil.

l Convenient connection: Adopting socket type electric fusion connection and socket type sealing ring connection, simple and fast;

l Good sealing performance: adopting socket type electric fusion connection can achieve zero leakage;

l Corrosion resistance: Pipeline materials are corrosion-resistant, so they will not be corroded by acid, alkali, and oil in sewage and wastewater;

l Cold and heat resistance: The pipes will not freeze or expand or leak water in an environment of minus 60 ℃; The pipeline can maintain good performance within 45 ℃;

l Lightweight: The pipes have low requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation and are beneficial for reducing the utilization rate of machinery:

l Low construction cost: lightweight, easy to connect, can save required working time and engineering costs;

l Wear resistance: PE is a wear-resistant material with a resistance four times that of steel pipes and a long service life;

l Non toxicity: PE is a hygienic and non-toxic material, with no toxic gas emissions during combustion and no hidden danger of "white pollution";

l Good hydraulic performance: smooth interior, low friction resistance, and fast drainage speed.
